Administrative coordination
Summary
All necessary conditions and structures will be created for successful project implementation. Daily coordinated and targeted management activities will be carried out by the project lead and partners. COO will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project, both administrative and financial. The CAs will administratively coordinate the
project in their respective countries.
