The LM is a meaningful representation of how the program will work in specific conditions, illustrating expected outputs, outcomes, and impacts. The EP outlines the evaluation approach, questions to be addressed, responsibilities, timeframes, and data collection methods for each activity. The EP and LM will be reviewed with the Project Coordinator and other WP leaders, and revised as needed. WP and task leads will be asked to provide Key Performance Indicators. This task will be led by the UWK, Austria.
